Ingredients:
1 Cup spinach
1 Cup coconut water
1/4 cup protein powder
1/2 an avocado
2 figs
1/2 cup of ice
Toppings
Fresh berriesChia seeds
Hemp seeds
Edible flowers for garnish
Method:
Toss everything in a blender and blend on high.
Put it in a bowl and top with nuts, berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds or any fruit nuts or seeds you like.
Chia seeds for some fiber, hemp seeds for omega, and berries for tartness, plus all of these will give it the crunch you are craving.
