Ingredients

 

1 bushel of kale
1 slice of lemon
1 tsp os salt
2 Tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp Olive oil

 

Method

1. Wash kale, remove the stems, tear leaves into pieces, place in a large bowl.
2. Add lemon juice, salt, yeast and olive oil.
3. Work the kale with your hands, kneading and squeezing until it becomes soft and changes color.
4. Spread evenly over a baking sheet and bake until crisp  at 350degrees for 10-15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with extra salt. 

 

Try a different flavor by using vinegar powder or paprika.
