Matcha chia pudding is a healthy and delicious snack. Chia Seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients and it’s chocked full of fiber. The matcha green tea powder gives it a beautiful green color, and it’s an antioxidant powerhouse that will keep you alert and energized throughout the day. Quick to prepare and ready to go in the morning, making this one of my favorites ways to start my day. 
 

Ingredients

 

3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Matcha
1 tsp Honey
1 Cup Oat milk
1 tsp coconut flakes

     

     

     

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a Mason jar, stir very well, making sure there’s no clumps of Chia seed.

    2. Put on a tight lid, giving it a shake and placing it in a fridge overnight.


    3. Next morning served cold or room temperature with your favorite toppings, I chose coconut flakes but fresh berries are delicious too. 

     

     

     

     

    Try some different flavors by exchanging the matcha with some vanilla or coco powder.
